Great Posture Monitoring app!
"This is the most interesting/creative AI app that I have seen and super helpful, especially now we are all working from home. ”
Setup
Show the app how you look when you are sitting well and how you usually slump. After that, reminders are tuned to your posture, your desk, and your camera angle.
Step 1
Sit the way you want to work: relaxed, upright, and natural. Keep the camera angle you will use during the day.
Step 2
Show the position you usually drift into, so reminders fire for the pattern you actually want to change.

The camera is how Posture Reminder AI tells the difference between your upright posture and the slump you want it to catch.
Without a camera view, the app has no signal to measure your posture.
Posture Reminder AI uses on-device computer vision and a personalized model built from the setup examples you record.
During setup, you capture your natural upright posture and the slump you want the app to catch.
After that, the app monitors posture in real time on your Mac and sends a reminder when it detects that same drift.
