Why are reminders missing while Focus is on?

Focus can silence posture reminders. Open System Settings > Focus, select your active Focus, and add Posture Reminder AI under Allowed Apps with Allow Some Apps selected.

Also check that notifications are allowed for the app in System Settings > Notifications.
