Do settings changes require an app restart?

No. Camera selection, Posture alerts, reminder frequency, and Launch at Login changes apply without restarting Posture Reminder AI. Camera and notification permissions also refresh when you return from macOS System Settings.

If you select a camera without a matching posture calibration, the app pauses monitoring until you recalibrate with that camera.
