Can I use Posture Reminder AI while standing?

Yes. Choose Sitting or Standing on the main window. Each mode uses its own upright and slouched calibration, so calibrate Standing before monitoring at a standing desk.

You can switch modes without restarting. If the selected mode needs calibration, the app prompts you before monitoring.
