These Terms of Service govern your use of the Posture Reminder AI website, direct downloads, and Mac application. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the product, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Posture Reminder AI on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and any platform rules that apply to your purchase.
Each standard direct-download purchase is licensed to one individual only and may not be shared across multiple people, teammates, contractors, or a broader company account. If you need access for a team, company, or other group, contact sales before purchase.
Direct-download customer accounts are created after a successful payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for using the same checkout email address when setting your password and accessing your downloads.
Prices are shown at checkout. Direct-download transactions are securely processed by Stripe and delivered by email and through your account dashboard using time-limited download links. The standard checkout is for a single-user licence only. We may refuse or cancel access if we detect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or unauthorised redistribution.
For direct-download purchases, if you are not 100% satisfied, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you, no questions asked. Mac App Store purchases remain subject to Apple's billing and refund policies.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, distribute, or make the product available to third parties except as permitted by law. You may not use the website or download flow to probe, scrape, interfere with, or bypass access controls.
We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, payment flow, email delivery, or download links, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore service when issues occur.
Posture Reminder AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It is a posture reminder tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for your own health, ergonomic decisions, and use of the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posture Reminder AI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the product or website.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or product after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
