When should I reset my posture calibration data?

You should reset your posture calibration after any setup change that affects how you look on camera.

• You switched from the built-in camera to an external webcam or iPhone camera.
• You moved desks, changed monitor height, or switched between sitting and standing.
• The app suddenly starts missing reminders or marking good posture as slouching.

Recalibration takes about a minute and usually restores accurate posture alerts.
